Complete Civil works of "Utilities and off sites umbrella" (UOU) - Rabigh Development Project SAUDI ARAMCO formed a 'Joint Venture' for this project with Japanese Co. SUMOTOMO named as "Rabigh Petro chemical & Refinery Project" as part of SAUDI ARAMCO'S expansion Program.
