Manifa Core Hydrocarbon Facilities
Civil, Structural, Fire, storm, Oily water lines and earth works The Saudi Arabian company Saudi Aramco has awarded Saipem the lump sum turnkey contract for package No 1 of the Manifa Central Processing Facilities (CPF) project, in the frame of the Manifa Field Development Program to increase the production capacity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by 900,000 bbls/day. The contract encompasses the EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) of three gas/oil separation trains with a capacity of 300,000 daily bbl each, gas de hydration, crude inlet manifolds and the flare gas system. The Manifa Site is located 200 kms north of Dharan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Civil Works, Architectural & Structural works
Earthworks and Road works for the Flare area of 1 km x 1km (1,000,000 m2), Earth works at KO drum area 1 km x 1km (1,000,000 m2), Construction of Pipe Racks foundations, Construction of Pipe Supports, Pipe Sleepers, Construction of Swales,, Construction of Manholes, Sumps, Lifting stations, Construction of substation buildings, Construction of process interface buildings, Flare foundations, KO drum foundations, Sand arrestors, Tank foundations etc.
Construction of Evaporation Ponds including HDPE Liner works and fence, Construction of Drain Trenches, Construction of Perimeter Fence, Plant pavements, and Road works
- Supply, Fabricate and installation of all the embedded items and structural steel works for pipe and cable rack supports
Mechanical Piping Works
- Installation of app 10 kms of RTR piping from 1.5" to 600mm dia. - Installation of CS pipes up to 200mm dia.
