Execution of Electrical, Instrumentation works & Communication works related to the Manifa Program package - 1Saudi ARAMCO has awarded Snamprogetti the 'Lump sum Turnkey' project for package No-1 of Manifa Core Hydrocarbon Facilities, in the frame of Manifa Field Development program to increase the production capacity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by 900,000 barrels per day. Manifa is located 200 Km north of Dharan city, Saudi Arabia.
Key Features of the Project
Complete grounding works
Cable trays, conduits and cable ladders for entire main pipe rack, flare and KO drum area
Installation and termination of various size of cables direct buried, through conduits, through duct banks and above the cable racks.
Installation of air insulation bus ducts, push buttons, power sockets, Housings for terminal 4 blocks/ apparatus, PBs, Junction boxes, transformers, Anodes, flood lights, lighting poles etc.
Installation of cable tray from size 200mm to 900mm, flare K.O. drum and flare area, Cable pulling and Termination.
Lighting pole installation from 3M to 12m height.
Field calibration of various instruments, sanction program as per hook up drawings, Instrument location marking as per P & ID. JB Installation.
Instruments installations and terminations such as pressure transmitters, recorder, controllers for take off valves, Ultrasonic radar, microwave level transmitter,, magnetic or reinforced glass level indicators, thermo well, electric indicator, solenoid valves, temperature gauge, diffusion type gas detectors, fire and gas audible and visual alarm etc.
Installation of telecommunication housings, accessories, tubing, public address system, Radio, CC Tv power line carrier, information display and security/ Access control systems installation of closed circuit Tv appliances etc including all cables, conduits, trays etc.
